In the corporate intelligence sector, form is substance. For the launch of its new brand identity, the private detective agency Kriteria chose not to limit itself to a simple announcement, but to engage its network in a sensorial and intellectual experience. The heart of this strategy was an exclusive printed invitation, designed to reflect the modus operandi of a true private investigator: the search for truth beyond appearances.
Invitation Design: an objective viewing experience
The front of the invitation features an unconventional graphic layout, characterized by a pattern of equidistant diagonal lines that seem to obscure the underlying message. To decipher the text, the guest is forced to take a specific action: move the media away from their eyes.
This creative choice is not merely aesthetic; it represents a powerful metaphor for investigative work. Just as analysts and investigators must apply a detached perspective to analyze facts without prejudice, the recipient of the invitation must shift perspective to arrive at an objective truth.



The optical illusion
FORCES THE READER TO ACT
The front of the invitation features a unique graphic layout created with equidistant diagonal lines. To read the text, you need to hold it away from your eyes.
A bit like what a private investigator must do when observing reality: using a detached gaze to arrive at an objective truth.


Toro Investigazioni's previous logo featured a unique fingerprint in the background, intended to reflect the agency's scope of operations. At the same time, this fingerprint formed the body of the symbolic animal.
In Kriteria's new logo, we've preserved the investigative significance of this image. We see it again within the group's monogram, albeit revisited and positioned differently.
